From Community Guardians: When an authorized professional submits a redacted referral, we collect the Guardian's professional contact credentials and the specific, anonymized structural details of a neighbor's crisis.

The Vault Protocol (No Recipient Names): In alignment with our strict operational bylaws, the real names and physical addresses of recipients are never collected through public or standard digital infrastructure. Any sensitive identity verification is restricted to password-protected internal files accessible solely by the President to facilitate direct-vendor fulfillment.
